Honda Cars India Launches ZR-V Hybrid SUV at Rs 48 Lakh

Honda Cars India launched the Honda ZR-V hybrid SUV in the Indian market with an ex-showroom price of Rs 48 lakh. The vehicle enters the market in a single fully loaded variant and is imported from Japan as a completely built unit.

The ZR-V is equipped with a 2.0-litre strong-hybrid petrol engine and two permanent-magnet synchronous electric motors. This configuration produces a total output of 184hp and 315 Nm, delivering power to the front wheels via an e-CVT gearbox. Performance specifications include a 0-100kph acceleration time of 7.9 seconds and a claimed fuel efficiency of 22.8kpl.

Designed as a crossover featuring a long wheelbase and a sloping roofline, the model is positioned to compete with other premium offerings including the Volkswagen Tiguan, Skoda Kodiaq, and Nissan X-Trail.
