Luxury Perfume Brand Bella Bellissima Enters Voluntary Liquidation
House of Unique Parfum Ltd is closing its luxury brand Bella Bellissima after 19 years of operation amid broader UK high street instability.
House of Unique Parfum Ltd is closing its luxury perfume brand, Bella Bellissima, after 19 years of operation. The company entered voluntary liquidation following a resolution passed on October 21, 2026.
Founded in 2007 by Bella Crane, the brand specialized in rare and natural raw materials for a global and royal clientele. Its products were stocked in Harrods stores across London, Lakeside, and Gateshead. Nicholas Simmonds and Chris Newell of Quantuma Advisory Limited have been appointed as joint liquidators to manage the winding-up process.
The closure follows a wider trend of economic instability affecting the United Kingdom high street in 2026, with multiple retailers, airlines, and travel companies entering administration or liquidation during the same period.
