Zenith Energy Expands Italian Solar Portfolio to 20 MWp

Zenith Energy Terminals Holdings LLC acquired two ground-mounted photovoltaic development projects, Stradella 2 and Stradella 3, in Stradella, Italy. The projects cover 12 hectares of land with a combined indicative installed capacity of approximately 11 MWp. The company will pay approximately EUR 1,080,000 for the land upon formal acceptance of the STMG.

This acquisition follows the purchase of the 9 MWp Stradella 1 project on September 17, 2026. Together, these three projects establish a 20 MWp cluster for the company in the Province of Pavia. The expansion increases Zenith Energy's total solar development pipeline to approximately 223 MWp, moving the firm toward its target of 240 MWp by the end of 2026.

CEO Andrea Cattaneo noted that the sites are located within a few hundred metres of industrial and logistics hubs. He stated that the proximity to this demand supports the long-term value of the power the company will generate.
