Hidden Siri Contextual Interface Found in macOS 27 Beta

Apple included a hidden floating contextual interface for Siri AI within the macOS 27 developer beta 3 and public beta 1. The feature, discovered by a Reddit user, manifests as a translucent Siri icon that appears whenever a user selects text, triggering a popover menu with quick actions including Summarize, Create Event, and Writing Tools.

The interface is currently disabled for general users. To activate the tool, users must execute Terminal sudo commands through the Apple FeatureFlags tool. It is not yet known if the feature is hidden because of existing bugs or if it was designed as an internal tool specifically for employees.
