Jim Cramer Trust Increases Boeing Stake Ahead of Max 10 Approval

Jim Cramer's Charitable Trust increased its Boeing holdings as the Federal Aviation Administration nears potential certification of the 737 Max 10 aircraft.

Jim Cramer's Charitable Trust purchased 35 shares of Boeing at approximately $191.16, bringing its total holding to 620 shares. The investment increases the company's weighting in the aerospace manufacturer to 3% of its portfolio.

The move comes as the Federal Aviation Administration may approve the Boeing 737 Max 10 as soon as this week. As the largest and only unapproved variant of the 737 Max family, certification of the Max 10 is viewed as a major milestone. Approval would allow deliveries to begin in 2027 and reduce financial uncertainty regarding Boeing's free cash flow.

This investment follows several other positive developments for Boeing. The company recently secured a multi-billion dollar contract with the United States Navy and avoided a white-collar union strike. Additionally, the Federal Aviation Administration ruled that a recent software glitch did not pose a risk to flight safety.
