United List Wins Historic Victory in Latvia Parliamentary Election

Other parties entering the Saeima include Latvia First with 17 seats, the Sovereign Power/Young Latvians alliance with 15 seats, the National Alliance with 10 seats, the Progressives with 9 seats, and New Unity with 7 seats. The Union of Greens and Farmers failed to enter parliament after receiving 4.41% of the vote, falling short of the 5% electoral threshold.

Despite the historic win for the United List, voter turnout reached a historic low of 51.8%, the lowest participation rate recorded since the restoration of independence.
