Stord Secures $400 Million Credit Facility to Scale AI
Stord secured a $400 million credit facility and appointed new financial and revenue executives to accelerate its robotics and AI fulfillment network.
Stord secured a $400 million credit facility led by Citi, with participation from Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, First Citizens, Citizens, and KeyBank. The financing was oversubscribed at nearly double the company's original target and follows a $250 million Series F round completed earlier in 2026.
The company is currently approaching a $1 billion revenue run-rate. Stord intends to use the new liquidity to expand its fulfillment network, enhance its commerce software, and accelerate the deployment of robotics and automation through Stord Labs.
Alongside the funding, the company appointed Bill Zerella as Chief Financial Officer and Mark Wayland as Chief Revenue Officer. Zerella previously served as CFO at ACV Auctions and led the Fitbit IPO, while Wayland most recently served as CRO at Box. CEO Sean Henry stated the capital allows the company to invest aggressively in AI and infrastructure.
