Google Expands CC AI Agent to Support Family Coordination

Google expanded its CC artificial intelligence agent to support families and households, enabling up to six members to coordinate tasks and share information via a single verified account. The service is available on web and mobile for users aged 18 and older in the United States with personal accounts.

Powered by Gemini models and the Antigravity agentic harness, the upgraded agent automates logistical household tasks. These include planning meals, creating shopping lists, and filling out PDF permission slips. The system provides a shared daily brief titled "Your Day Ahead" by integrating data from Gmail, Calendar, and Tasks, while utilizing the Google Maps API to provide live drive times.

Existing users will receive notifications regarding the upgrade. New users can request access by joining a waitlist through Google Labs.
