Pinterest Appoints Amazon Executive James Dibbo as CFO
Pinterest appointed former Amazon executive James Dibbo as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 26, 2026.
Pinterest Inc. appointed James Dibbo as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 26, 2026. Dibbo joins the company from Amazon, where he served as Vice President and CFO for Global Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development, managing finance for Twitch, Prime Video, and Amazon Ads.
Dibbo succeeds Julia Brau Donnelly, who will step down from the CFO role on October 26. Donnelly will remain with the company as an advisor through October 30 to assist with the leadership transition. Reporting directly to CEO Bill Ready, Dibbo will oversee the global finance organization, including treasury, accounting, corporate development, and investor relations.
Pinterest shares fell nearly 2% in after-hours trading on Monday following the announcement.
