Moneyview is launching an initial public offering on September 24, seeking a valuation of up to ₹5,985 crore after reducing the size of its share offering.

Moneyview is seeking a valuation of up to ₹5,985 crore ($623.89 million) in an initial public offering scheduled to open for public subscriptions on September 24, 2026. The fintech platform trimmed the offering from its original plans detailed in the draft red herring prospectus, reducing the fresh issue of shares to ₹750 crore from ₹1,500 crore.

The offering includes an offer for sale of up to 100.49 million shares from existing investors, down from the previously planned 136.1 million shares. Promoters Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, along with investors Accel, Tiger Global, and Ribbit Capital, are selling stakes in the company.

Moneyview intends to use the proceeds to invest in a subsidiary, drive growth in loan disbursals, and for general corporate purposes. The IPO closes on September 28, with trading expected to begin on October 1.
