Turkmenistan President Approves Youth Policy and Industrial Strategy

The President of Turkmenistan signed two major resolutions on September 24 to guide the country's social and economic trajectory over the next two decades. The first resolution approves the State program in the field of State youth policy for the period up to 2031, including a detailed action plan for its implementation.

This youth initiative focuses on identifying individuals passionate about science and advanced technology to cultivate an educated workforce. The program seeks to increase youth participation in the political, cultural, and socio-economic life of the state. To execute these directives, the president instructed relevant ministries, industry departments, velayat administrations, and the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag to implement the program.

Simultaneously, the president approved the National strategy for industrial development of Turkmenistan for 2030–2045. This long-term strategy is designed to ensure dynamic socio-economic development for the nation through the year 2045.
