Hope Uzodinma Sets Deadlines for APC Osun Election Campaign

Hope Uzodinma, the Governor of Imo State and Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Campaign Council for the Osun State governorship election, ordered campaign subcommittees to submit their resolutions and proposals by Thursday. During a meeting on Monday at the Kano State Governor’s Lodge in Abuja, Uzodinma stated that the council's sole mission is to secure victory in the August 15 election.

Uzodinma warned council members that the campaign is a serious assignment rather than an occasion for social activities or "merrymaking." He instructed subcommittee chairmen to forward their operational plans through the council's national secretary to obtain support from the Central Working Committee.

To ensure the campaign is adequately funded, Uzodinma noted that the finance subcommittee is mandated to collect contributions from both members and non-members of the party.
