Nowingi Plains Agricultural Portfolio Listed for Sale in Victoria

McKean McGregor Mildura has listed the Nowingi Plains aggregation for sale in the Carwarp district of Victoria's northern Mallee. The portfolio spans 11,995 hectares of broadacre cropping and grazing land and comprises three properties: Nowingi Plains, Kiellors, and Joses.

Approximately 8,918 hectares, or 74 percent of the freehold land, is arable. The enterprise specializes in prime lamb production and winter crops, including lupins, lentils, cereals, rye, vetch, and lucerne.

The properties are available for purchase as a single entity or as a combination of the three individual holdings. Expressions of interest for the sale close on Tuesday, September 15, although no suggested price has been provided.
