Beeline Holdings Cuts $3 Million in Annual Expenses
Beeline Holdings is reducing monthly expenses by $250,000 through workforce cuts and infrastructure consolidation to improve cash flow amid high interest rates.
Beeline Holdings announced a cost-reduction plan on Tuesday to cut approximately $250,000 in monthly expenses, totaling $3 million annually. The Providence-based mortgage and home equity platform is implementing workforce reductions, infrastructure consolidation, and the elimination of legacy overhead to lower its fixed-cost base and accelerate positive operating cash flow during a high-interest rate environment.
The company expects to incur $270,000 in one-time transition costs through December 1, 2026. CEO Nick Liuzza stated that the initiative represents a fundamental shift in the company's operating model, aligning its cost structure with investments in technology and higher-value mortgage products.
Despite the reductions, Beeline continues to invest in MagicBlocks AI and a new pricing engine for higher-margin non-QM loans. The company also remains committed to its proposed acquisition of TYTL Holdings Inc. and a blockchain-based home equity strategy intended to diversify revenue and reduce sensitivity to interest rate fluctuations.
