Vistry Group Appoints Helen Miles as New CFO

Vistry Group PLC appointed Helen Miles as its new Chief Financial Officer and executive director. Miles, who currently serves as the CFO of Severn Trent PLC, is expected to join the company board in 2027.

To manage the transition until Miles arrives, the company appointed Robert Allen as interim CFO and board member with immediate effect. Allen previously held the role of CFO at The Crown Estate.

Following the announcement, Vistry shares rose 4%. Non-Executive Chair Rob Woodward described Miles as a "high calibre finance and business executive" who will assist in maximizing the strengths of the company's mixed tenure partnership model. CEO Adam Daniels stated that the appointment strengthens the quality of the company's executive leadership.
