Court of Appeal Upholds Abdulghani Rotimi Arobo as APC Candidate

The Court of Appeal in Abuja dismissed six appeals challenging the candidacy of Abdulghani Rotimi Arobo for the All Progressives Congress nomination for the Owo/Ose Federal Constituency seat in Ondo State. The ruling affirms a previous Federal High Court decision which determined that Arobo won the party primary election on May 16, 2026, by securing the highest number of lawful votes.

Following the verdict, Arobo called for reconciliation and unity within the party. He urged members and stakeholders to respect the court's decision and avoid inflammatory statements to focus on the needs of residents in Owo and Ose ahead of the general election.
