Yemeni Armed Forces Neutralize 700 Houthi Militia Members

The Yemeni Armed Forces conducted 257 precision operations against Houthi militia sites, movements, and military capabilities on Saturday. Using a combination of warplanes, drones, artillery, missiles, and rocket launchers, the military targeted command and control centers, ammunition depots, and supply lines across Sanaa, Midi, Baqim, Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Bayda, and Lahj.

Operations focused primarily on the Taiz fronts, where government forces captured the Same’ fortress and repelled a large-scale Houthi assault on Mount Han and other positions on the western front of Taiz city. Staff Colonel Majed Abdullah Al-Nuzaily reported that initial field estimates indicate the operations neutralized at least 700 militia members and destroyed 170 combat vehicles and equipment.

The Yemeni military stated these actions have weakened Houthi combat capabilities and limited the militia's ability to attack civilians.
