Peach Cobbler Factory Opens New Stores in Georgia and Texas
The Peach Cobbler Factory is expanding its national footprint with new dessert locations opening in Evans, Georgia, and Houston, Texas, on November 7.
The Peach Cobbler Factory is expanding its presence in the Southern United States with two new store openings scheduled for Saturday, November 7. In Georgia, the company will hold a soft opening from noon to 10 p.m. at the Evans Town Center Plaza in Evans, serving the broader Augusta metropolitan area. This location is owned and operated by franchisee Brittany Blocker.
Simultaneously, the brand is growing its footprint in Texas with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new store in the Cy-Fair area of Houston. This location is owned and operated by franchisee Tiffanie Johnson. The company also announced plans for a future location in Aiken, South Carolina, though an opening date has not been set.
CEO and Co-Owner Greg George noted that the expansion in Georgia is particularly significant due to the brand's Southern roots. He characterized Texas as a major growth market for the company. Founded in Nashville in 2013 and franchising since 2022, the dessert chain now operates or is developing units across 26 states through storefronts, mobile units, and nontraditional venues. The menu features Southern-inspired treats including cobblers, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, and a new collection of Bundt cakes.
