Arteris Appoints Saurabh Sinha as New Chief Financial Officer

Arteris, Inc. appointed Saurabh Sinha as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective September 8, 2026. Sinha takes over from Nick Hawkins, who is retiring after seven years with the company. To facilitate a seamless transition, Hawkins will remain in an advisory role.

K. Charles Janac, President and CEO of Arteris, noted that Sinha's background in capital markets and public company leadership aligns with the company's growth strategy. Janac indicated that AI and semiconductor innovation are increasing the demand for sophisticated data movement system IP.

Sinha previously served as CFO of Aeva Technologies and held leadership positions at InvenSense, Symmetricom, ShoreTel, and JUUL.
