The O'Neill-Shaw family is selling Werribon, an 831-hectare farming and grazing property located in the Liverpool Plains region of New South Wales. Developed over two decades, the estate includes 330 hectares of cropping land and a breeding program for 150 to 200 cows.
The property features extensive water infrastructure, including dams and a solar-powered bore. Residential and operational improvements consist of a four-bedroom homestead, a renovated one-bedroom cottage with a swimming pool, machinery shedding, and a lockable workshop.
Davidson Cameron & Co will manage the sale, with the auction scheduled for September 16. Marketing agent Tom Tanner described the sale as an opportunity to secure a holding in one of the most respected agricultural regions in New South Wales.
