Parsons Corporation Wins $85 Million Space Command HQ Contract

Parsons Corporation received an $85 million Other Transaction Authority agreement to serve as the Owner's Advisor for the construction of the United States Space Command's new headquarters. The project involves developing a 950,000-square-foot campus at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, designed to support up to 1,800 personnel.

The new facility will feature a command-and-control center, a fusion center, and a visitor control center. To ensure the site supports 24/7 operations and long-term national security readiness, Parsons will provide program and construction management expertise over a 75-month performance period.

The project is being executed through a progressive design-build approach. Coordination for the selection of Parsons was managed by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island and the Air Force Civil Engineering Center.
