2PointZero Group reported a net profit of AED 7.7 billion for the first half of 2026, fueled by global acquisitions and strategic mergers.
2PointZero Group reported revenue of AED 21.9 billion and a net profit of AED 7.7 billion for the first half of 2026. The investment holding firm saw its net profit from businesses increase by 2,301% year-on-year, a growth driven by the consolidation of Tendam, a mega-merger, and expansions into European packaging and African financial services.
Strategic moves during this period included the USD 2.25 billion acquisition of Traverse Midstream Partners through subsidiary ePointZero and the purchase of a 60.8% controlling interest in Italy's ISEM Packaging Group. The group also participated in a Series G funding round for WHOOP and sold its 7.29% stake in TAQA to Abu Dhabi Power.
Further expanding its footprint, the firm's International Resources Holding agreed to a 50:50 joint venture with Adani Enterprises for an US$11.5 billion aluminium project in India. In July 2026, the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange listed the firm as a single-stock future. The company was also ranked 36th on TIME's 2026 World’s Growth Leaders list.
