Zoomlion Signs $350 Million Financial Agreements for Global Expansion
Zoomlion Heavy Industry signed credit insurance and factoring agreements totaling $350 million to manage overseas receivables and support international growth.
Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co. signed a $300 million portfolio credit insurance policy and an initial $50 million non-recourse factoring agreement on September 11. The agreements were finalized during the company's Global Financial Partners Summit in Shanghai after six months of development with international insurers and financial institutions.
The new framework enables the company to convert overseas installment receivables into standardized investment-grade assets through a non-recourse basis with an overseas bank. This financial strategy supports a period of rapid international growth; in the first half of 2026, Zoomlion's international revenue rose 12.45% year over year to RMB 15.54 billion, accounting for 57.25% of its total revenue.
Over 40 global partners attended the summit, including representatives from Alfa-Bank and the Economist Corporate Network. During the event, CFO Du Yigang reviewed cooperation with global partners and outlined future plans for overseas financial services.
