G. Michael Sievert Resigns From T-Mobile US Board

G. Michael Sievert will resign from the board of directors and the Transaction Committee of T-Mobile US, Inc., effective November 1, 2026. On that date, he will also step down as vice chair of the board and the company.

T-Mobile US announced the departure via a press release included in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company stated that the resignation coincides with the expiration of an amendment to Sievert's employment agreement.

According to the filing, the move is not the result of any disagreement regarding company operations, policies, or practices.
