Lenovo and MemryX Deploy Edge AI Solutions in Saudi Arabia

Lenovo and MemryX signed a memorandum of understanding on September 15, 2026, to expand the deployment of sovereign edge AI solutions across Saudi Arabia. The partnership integrates the Lenovo ThinkEdge SE455 V3 rugged edge server with the MemryX Cascade 100P AI accelerator, allowing for the on-site processing of video and sensor data to reduce latency and increase data control.

The joint platform is already active within the Kingdom, where it provides real-time construction safety analytics and port compliance monitoring. This initiative supports Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by bringing AI capabilities to smart cities, industrial operations, and infrastructure management.

The agreement establishes a framework for further customer deployments and validation through a Lenovo Center of Excellence. Additionally, the companies will develop rack-scale server configurations specifically for computer vision inference.
