Bahrain Defence Force Intercepts Iranian Missile and Drone Attacks

The Bahrain Defence Force intercepted and destroyed several Iranian aerial attacks targeting civilians on Wednesday. The attacks involved a combination of missiles and drones, which the military characterized as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.

Following the interceptions, the Bahrain Defence Force placed all weapons and units on the highest level of readiness. The Royal Field Engineering Unit deployed to the affected areas to safely handle and remove suspicious debris resulting from the strikes.

Authorities urged the public to avoid and report any unfamiliar objects found in the wake of the attacks. The military remains on high alert as cleanup operations continue.
