Nvidia Discloses $51 Billion Stakes in SpaceX and Intel

Nvidia Corp. revealed multi-billion dollar investments in SpaceX and Intel Corp. in a regulatory filing, including a $30 billion stake in Intel.

Nvidia Corp. disclosed massive investments in SpaceX and Intel Corp. in a regulatory filing on Friday, revealing the scale of its strategic holdings in aerospace and semiconductor sectors. The company holds a stake in SpaceX valued at nearly $21 billion, comprising approximately 122.8 million shares. This disclosure marks the first time Nvidia has revealed the specific value of its position in the aerospace firm, which followed a 2025 investment of up to $2 billion in xAI before that startup was integrated into SpaceX.

Nvidia also reported a $30 billion stake in Intel Corp., holding about 214.8 million shares. This position has grown rapidly, rising from approximately $9.5 billion just three months earlier. The relationship between the two semiconductor giants began last year with an initial $5 billion investment and a formal agreement to co-develop chips for personal computers and data centers.

Beyond these primary holdings, the filing listed additional investments in several other companies, including Synopsys Inc., Nokia Corp., Nebius Group NV, Generate Biomedicines Inc., and Coherent Corp.
