John DiFucci of Guggenheim reiterated a buy rating on Oracle with a $400 price target, pointing to the company's opportunities in AI training and inferencing. Similarly, Doug Anmuth of J.P. Morgan upgraded Meta Platforms to a buy rating with a target of $820. Anmuth highlighted Meta's development of frontier AI models and the Muse AI agent as key tools to drive monetization beyond traditional advertising.

In the aerospace sector, Brian Gesuale of Raymond James initiated a buy rating on Rocket Lab with an $80 price target. Gesuale noted the company's vertical integration and its trajectory toward achieving positive free cash flow by 2027 or 2028.
