Host Digital Secures $1.25 Billion AI Data Center Lease
Host Digital Infrastructure LLC secured a 15-year lease for an AI data center in Oklahoma as stockholders approve its merger with Healthy Choice Wellness Corp.
Host Digital Infrastructure LLC has secured a 15-year, take-or-pay lease for an AI data center facility in northeast Oklahoma. The agreement covers 43 MW of critical IT load and represents approximately $1.25 billion in contracted revenue over the base term, with the potential to reach $3.2 billion if renewal options extend the term to 30 years.
Host Digital Infrastructure LLC expects to deliver the facility to its tenant, one of the largest privately held cloud infrastructure companies globally, in the first half of 2027. The contract will be supported by a backstop from a U.S.-based, investment-grade global technology company. CEO Harmol Samra noted that power-ready sites capable of meeting AI deployment timelines are increasingly scarce.
In a related development, stockholders of Healthy Choice Wellness Corp. approved all proposals to complete a merger with Host Digital. The companies expect to close the transaction in September, at which point Host Digital will become a wholly owned subsidiary. The combined entity will trade on the NYSE American under the symbol HOST, with Shawn Matthews expected to serve as Chairman.
