Space-Eyes Appoints New Board Members Ahead of SPAC Merger
Space-Eyes is appointing four new board members as it prepares to go public via a $638 million merger with McKinley Acquisition Corp.
Space-Eyes is appointing four new members to its post-merger board as it prepares to enter the public market in the fourth quarter of 2026. The drone technology company will go public through a merger with the special purpose acquisition company McKinley Acquisition Corp, a deal that values the combined entity at $638 million.
The new appointees include retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Jim Reese, former Morgan Stanley investment banking chief Terry Meguid, Wharton School professor Harbir Singh, and aerospace entrepreneur Norm Christensen. These selections are intended to increase the company's expertise in capital markets, defense manufacturing, and national security.
Eric Trump, a strategic adviser and the company's third-largest investor, helped introduce the candidates but will not hold a seat on the board. Space-Eyes develops counter-drone technologies and AI-powered geospatial intelligence and expects to trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol CUAS.
