HUB Cyber Security Faces Nasdaq Delisting Warning
HUB Cyber Security Ltd. received a notification from Nasdaq stating it failed to maintain the minimum market value required for continued listing.
HUB Cyber Security Ltd. received a notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on September 23, 2026, stating the company is not in compliance with Listing Rule 5550(b)(2). The rule requires listed companies to maintain a minimum Market Value of Listed Securities of US$35 million.
While the notification does not immediately affect the trading of the company's ordinary shares, HUB Cyber Security has until March 22, 2027, to regain compliance. To resolve the deficiency, the company's market value must close at or above US$35 million for at least 10 consecutive business days.
Failure to meet this requirement within the 180-day compliance period may lead to delisting from the exchange, though the company would retain the right to a hearing. HUB Cyber Security intends to take all reasonable measures to remain listed on the exchange.
