Ryanair Extends Bag Drop Deadline at Norwich Airport

Ryanair is implementing a new luggage check-in policy at Norwich Airport, extending the bag drop deadline from 40 minutes to 60 minutes before scheduled departure. The airline estimates that approximately 20% of customers who use checked luggage will be affected by the new cut-off time.

According to the airline, the change will allow passengers who check in a bag more time to clear airport security and passport control queues and reach their departure gate before boarding begins, particularly during busy travel periods. Passengers who miss the 60-minute deadline risk being refused boarding.

Ryanair currently operates flights from Norwich Airport to several destinations, including Malta, Alicante, Faro, and Malaga.
