The transactions attracted marquee institutional and corporate investors, including Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) I Limited and AT Trade Overseas, a firm owned by the Hisaria Group. Lord's Mark Industries operates across diversified business verticals, including healthcare, diagnostics, renewable energy, and LED solutions.

Upadhyay stated that the participation of these established investors reflects confidence in the company's long-term growth and its ability to scale its various sectors. Despite the sale of shares to meet regulatory mandates, the promoter group continues to maintain a substantial holding in the organization.
