Nvidia Projected to Reach $10 Trillion Market Cap by 2030

Nvidia is projected to reach a $10 trillion market capitalization by 2030 amid surging global AI infrastructure spending and revenue growth.

Nvidia Corporation is projected to reach a market capitalization of $10 trillion by 2030, requiring more than a doubling of its current $4.7 trillion valuation. To achieve this target, the company would need an annualized return of approximately 18%, pricing shares at about $410 without share dilution. Such a valuation at a 30 price-to-earnings ratio would necessitate annual profits of approximately $333 billion.

Analysts describe the company as a historically undervalued asset, noting that its valuation of 21.9 times forward earnings is nearly aligned with the S&P 500 average of 21.1. This contrasts with Apple, which trades at 41 times trailing earnings. Projections suggest Nvidia revenue will grow at an annualized rate of 32%, potentially reaching $688 billion by fiscal 2029, with some analysts forecasting 42% revenue growth next year.

This trajectory is supported by massive infrastructure investments. AI hyperscaler data center capital expenditures are expected to reach $1 trillion in 2027 and between $3 trillion and $4 trillion annually by 2030. Additionally, Gartner forecasts that worldwide AI spending will hit $2.6 trillion in 2026, with AI-optimized server spending expected to triple over the next five years. While some investors fear an AI bubble, hyperscalers have indicated that the risk of underspending is greater than the risk of overspending.
