Amazon.com announced that its fall sales event, formally titled Prime Big Deal Days, will take place on October 6 and 7, 2026. The event begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on October 6 and concludes at 12:01 a.m. PDT on October 7.

Discounts will be available on a wide range of products, including laptops, Android phones, smartwatches, and kitchen appliances. While some offers are open to various shoppers, the majority of the deals are exclusive to Amazon Prime members. The sale will run in several global markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, and Australia, and will expand to Colombia, Ireland, and Mexico for the first time.

Positioned as the unofficial start of the holiday shopping season, the event serves as a precursor to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Amazon expects competition from major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Costco, which frequently match or undercut pricing during this period.
