Salesforce Acquires Israeli AI Analytics Platform Loops
Salesforce Inc. agreed to acquire Israeli AI analytics platform Loops to integrate agentic machine learning technology into its Tableau business.
Salesforce Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Loops, an Israeli artificial intelligence analytics platform founded in 2020. The acquisition integrates Loops' machine learning technology and specialist staff into Tableau, the data visualization and analytics arm of Salesforce.
Unlike traditional dashboards, the Loops platform monitors key performance indicators to explain the drivers of business performance and proactively recommend actions through Slack and email. Mark Recher, Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Tableau, stated that the technology accelerates the mission of helping people see, understand, and act on data by using agentic AI to surface where teams can take action in real time.
This transaction marks the tenth acquisition Salesforce has made in Israel. While the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, Loops had previously raised $14 million in funding. The acquisition is expected to close in early November 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
