Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Reports Revenue Growth Amid Rising Costs
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners grew third-quarter revenue to €5.76 billion while warning that war in Iran is driving up operating costs.
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners reported a 6.5% increase in third-quarter revenue to €5.76 billion, supported by a 3.5% volume rise in zero-sugar, hydration, and energy drinks. Despite the growth, the bottling firm warned that the war in Iran has increased operating costs for freight, raw materials, and energy.
The company maintained its full-year outlook, noting it has hedged more than 95% of its 2026 commodity requirements and is using spending and pricing controls to manage volatility. CEO Damian Gammell stated the company is well prepared for 2027.
Separately, The Coca-Cola Company raised its annual profit forecast following strong demand in Brazil and India. However, the beverage giant warned of accelerating cost pressures and consumer weakness leading into 2027. To counter selective consumer behavior in the United States, the company is launching smaller, lower-cost packaging alongside its premium products.
