Zenith Energy Acquires Stradella 1 Solar Project in Lombardy

Zenith Energy acquired Stradella 1, a ground-mounted photovoltaic development project located in the Province of Pavia, Lombardy, Italy. The project spans 9.5 hectares with an indicative installed capacity of approximately 9 MWp. The acquisition is valued at roughly EUR 807,500, calculated at a land price of EUR 8.50 per square metre.

To manage risk, the company structured the deal so the deposit is payable only after formal acceptance of the grid connection terms through the STMG. This purchase represents the company's first solar project in Lombardy, which is Italy's most energy-intensive region.

The acquisition brings the company's total solar development pipeline to approximately 212 MWp, advancing its goal of reaching 240 MWp by the end of 2026. Zenith Energy is also progressing construction on a 7 MWp portfolio in Puglia and is negotiating the sale of other assets to generate revenue by late 2026 or early 2027.
