Red Sky Shepherd's Huts Limited, a luxury bespoke hut manufacturer based in North Leigh, has entered voluntary liquidation with debts totaling approximately £509,303. The family business, founded by Paul Bennett, specialized in high-end shepherd's huts that did not require planning permission.

Liquidators from Opus Restructuring LLP were appointed to wind up the company following a meeting on September 3. The firm's latest accounts for the year ending September 30, 2025, detail liabilities including bank loans, overdrafts, trade creditors, and taxation. A meeting with creditors is scheduled for September 28.

The company employed an average of 14 people in its most recent reporting year. It gained notable visibility through a high-profile customer base, including former Prime Minister David Cameron, who purchased a £25,000 hut in 2017 to write his memoirs.
