FBS Global Executes Reverse Split to Maintain Nasdaq Listing

FBS Global Limited is implementing a one-for-ten reverse stock split to meet Nasdaq minimum bid price requirements and avoid delisting.

FBS Global Limited announced a one-for-ten reverse stock split of its ordinary shares after receiving shareholder approval during an extraordinary general meeting on September 13, 2026. The company is executing the consolidation to increase its per-share trading price to meet the US$1.00 minimum bid price requirement necessary for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Pending authorization from Nasdaq, the split-adjusted shares are expected to begin trading on September 28, 2026, under the symbol FBGL. The move will reduce the number of issued and outstanding shares from 13.5 million to approximately 1.35 million, with a new par value of US$0.01 per share.

Shareholders holding shares in brokerage accounts will have the change applied automatically. Those holding certificated shares will receive specific exchange instructions from the transfer agent, VStock Transfer, LLC.
