Bill Koch Sells Aspen Estate for $33.5 Million

Billionaire industrialist Bill Koch is poised to sell his 52-acre Aspen compound for $33.5 million. The transaction follows a Friday auction handled by Concierge Auctions, concluding more than a decade during which Koch listed the lodge on and off the market.

The final bid represents a substantial decrease from the property's 2025 peak asking price of $125 million. Although Koch had indicated his intent to sell the estate via auction earlier this year, the sale is not yet final. Koch has declined to comment on the transaction.
