Historically known for managing approximately 6,000 industrial distribution centers across four continents for tenants including Amazon, The Home Depot, and FedEx, the firm is now leveraging its A-rated credit and financial scale to enter the infrastructure market. This strategic shift aligns with projections from Grand View Research, which estimates the global data center market will grow from $384 billion in 2025 to over $900 billion by 2033.
