Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan Expand Law Enforcement Cooperation
Uzbekistan's Minister of Internal Affairs and Azerbaijan's Ambassador met to establish a strategic partnership to combat terrorism, cybercrime, and transnational organized crime.
Aziz Tashpulatov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, met with Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Rashad Mammadov, to expand cooperation between their respective internal affairs agencies.
The officials focused on exchanging experience to combat a range of security threats, including terrorism, extremism, transnational organized crime, drug trafficking, and cybercrime. The meeting aimed to strengthen law enforcement and public safety measures through a strategic partnership based on friendship and mutual trust.
