Nissan Announces 2027 Nissan Z Pricing and Specifications

Nissan announced pricing and technical specifications for the 2027 Nissan Z, with the vehicle scheduled to arrive at dealerships this summer. The most notable update is the addition of a six-speed manual transmission to the flagship Z NISMO trim, which features a shorter shift-lever ratio and an upgraded clutch.

The Z NISMO also incorporates GT-R-derived two-piece iron-and-aluminum brake rotors, reducing weight by 19 lbs. Other updates across the entire lineup include a refreshed exterior with a body-color grille bar and a "Z" emblem replacing the standard Nissan badge. The company also redesigned the fuel tank with baffles to improve stability during high-speed cornering.

New aesthetic options include Shinkai Green Pearl Metallic paint and a tan interior for the Performance trim. In the United States, the Z Sport starts at $44,480 and the Z NISMO starts at $67,260. In Canada, prices start at $49,998 for the Z Sport and $76,998 for the Z NISMO. Nissan is maintaining identical pricing for both manual and automatic transmissions across all markets.
