GTPL Hathway Reports 12% Revenue Growth and New Acquisition
GTPL Hathway Limited reported first-quarter revenue of ₹10,199 million and announced a ₹36.23 crore deal to acquire seven Digital TV businesses from ACT Group.
GTPL Hathway Limited reported a 12% year-on-year increase in total revenue for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reaching ₹10,199 million. The company recorded a Profit After Tax of ₹23 million and an EBITDA of ₹1,092 million, reflecting an operating margin of 22%.
Operational metrics show the company maintained 9.60 million active Digital TV subscribers while growing its broadband base to 1.06 million. To expand its footprint in South and East India, the company signed a business transfer agreement to acquire seven Digital TV businesses from ACT Group for ₹36.23 crore. This acquisition is expected to close by September 15, 2026.
Managing Director Anirudhsinh Jadeja attributed the stable performance to the growth of the broadband segment and the launch of the GTPL Infinity HITS platform. Jadeja noted that these results were achieved despite a challenging global environment and market uncertainties linked to geopolitical developments.
