FactSet Exceeds 2026 Guidance Driven by AI Adoption

FactSet Research Systems exceeded guidance across all key metrics for its fiscal fourth quarter and full-year 2026 results reported on September 30, 2026. The company achieved 7.0% organic annual subscription value growth, with AI-powered solutions contributing more than 10% of the growth in the fourth quarter.

Full-year revenue totaled $2,476 million, and the company reported an adjusted diluted EPS of $18.01. During the period, the firm launched a Model Context Protocol server and established a partnership with Google Cloud to develop agentic workflows. FactSet also returned over $808 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.

Despite the strong fiscal 2026 performance, the company issued a moderating outlook for fiscal 2027. It projects organic annual subscription value growth to slow to between 5.0% and 6.5%.
