Nvidia Negotiates Multi-Million Dollar Investment in Cloverleaf Infrastructure

Nvidia is in advanced talks to invest several hundred million dollars in Cloverleaf Infrastructure to secure power agreements for future data-center projects.

Nvidia is in advanced discussions to invest several hundred million dollars in Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a firm specializing in securing power agreements for data-center projects. The move is part of a broader strategy to ensure future data-center capacity for its products by supporting the infrastructure ecosystem at early stages.

Cloverleaf has already sold projects totaling over 7 gigawatts of powered land, including sites in Wisconsin for Oracle and OpenAI, and currently maintains a pipeline exceeding 10 gigawatts. Chase Bank has worked with Cloverleaf on strategic options, including a potential sale.

This potential deal follows a series of recent power-sector investments by the technology company. These include a $2 billion investment in Lancium for a campus in Abilene, Texas, and an equity stake in SoftBank's SB Energy to support a megacampus in Ohio.
