Kolte-Patil Developers Reports Record ₹1,019 Crore Quarterly Sales

Kolte-Patil Developers reported record sales bookings of ₹1,019 crore for the July-September quarter, marking a 52 per cent increase over the previous year.

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd achieved record sales bookings of ₹1,019 crore for the July-September quarter of the 2026-27 fiscal year. This figure represents a 52 per cent increase compared to the ₹670 crore recorded during the same period last year.

For the first half of the fiscal year, the company reached record sales bookings of ₹1,636 crore, a 27 per cent rise over the ₹1,286 crore reported in the previous year. The developer operates across Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, with Blackstone holding a 40 per cent ownership stake in the firm.

CEO Hrishikesh Parandekar attributed the growth to strong demand for new and ongoing housing projects. He noted that while the company has maintained momentum, there has been a near-term softening of demand across the broader market, particularly in Pune.
