Huawei Launches AI Cluster Service and Fintelligent Finance Solutions

During the Huawei Connect conference in Shanghai, Huawei introduced a comprehensive expansion of its AI ecosystem, centering on a new Agentic Infra paradigm and the AI Cluster Service (AICS). CEO Peter Zhou announced that AICS, which improves token throughput by 20% and includes a five-level fast recovery mechanism, will launch in China on September 30 and internationally on November 30. The company also debuted AgentArts, an enterprise-grade agent platform scheduled for international release on December 30.

To support these capabilities, Huawei unveiled the upgraded Stellar AI Fabric Solution, featuring new CloudEngine SF9300 and XH9300 switch families designed to reduce latency and power consumption. The Institute of High Energy Physics reported that this fabric increased computing efficiency by over 10% for deep-space signal analysis. Additionally, Huawei collaborated with the Beijing FinTech Industry Alliance and 17 partners to release technical specifications for network high availability in financial data centers.

For the financial sector, Jason Cao, CEO of Huawei Digital Finance BU, launched the Fintelligent AI Solution. This framework promotes the concept of "Own Your AI, Own Your Intelligence" and utilizes three intelligent factories—Agent, Token, and Data-Knowledge—to help banks transition to agentic finance. The launch included the TokeNexus solution for token lifecycle management and a new AI Coding Solution intended to modernize legacy banking systems.
