Tiger Shroff Sells Mumbai Luxury Apartment for ₹9 Crore
Tiger Shroff sold a luxury apartment in Mumbai's Khar West for ₹9 crore, marking the third property divestment by the actor since September 2025.
Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff sold a luxury apartment in the Rustomjee Paramount residential project in Khar West, Mumbai, for ₹9 crore. The transaction, registered on October 22, 2026, involved a ninth-floor unit with a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet and two covered parking spaces. The buyers, Deepali Pravin Mehta and Aniruddha R. Khandekar, paid ₹54 lakh in stamp duty.
Shroff originally purchased the property from Keystone Realtors Private Limited on July 17, 2018, for ₹7.61 crore. The sale resulted in a gain of approximately ₹1.39 crore, representing a value increase of 18.3% over eight years. Abhishek Kiran Gupta, CEO of CRE Matrix, noted that the transaction illustrates how property values change over the course of ownership in Mumbai's premium residential market.
This sale is part of a broader pattern of property divestments by Shroff. He previously sold a larger apartment in the same Mumbai building for ₹15.6 crore in September 2025 and a residential property in Hadapsar, Pune, for ₹8.87 crore on March 31, 2026. While the latest sale occurred shortly after a shooting incident involving Shroff's car in Juhu on October 18, there is no evidence linking the two events.
